death or which the parties of the first part may have as 'the Executri
of the Estate of William Unkelbach, or individually as the surviving
spouse or beneficiary under the Last Will and Testament of William
Unkelbach in the following described premises :
ALL that certain tract or .parcel of land, situate, lying and being
at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, being at the southerly end of the farm formerly of Effie A.
Kirkup, and more particularly bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the shoreline of Laurel Lake formed by
the intersection of the southeasterly line of other land of the party
of the second part with the shoreline of Laurel Lake running thence
along the shoreline of Laurel Lake South 640 11' 40" East 100 feet
to a point and the northwesterly line of land now or formerly of
John Young; running thence along land last mentioned five courses as
follows: (1) South 200 17 ' 30" West 289.60 feet; thence (2) South
35° 57 ' West 89.30 feet; thence (3) South 42° 24' 40" West 133.40
feet; thence (4) South 47° 51' 15" West 219.90 feet and thence
(5) South 46° 40 ' 10" West 355 .00 feet to the easterly line of land
of Buchak; thence along the easterly line of land last mentioned
North 20° 54 ' 25" West 665 . 60 feet to a point; thence North 200 59'
30" West 100.18 feet to a point; thence along other land now or
formerly of Unkelbach North 720 27 ' 40" East 551.72 feet to a point
on the westerly line of a certain right of way leading to Sound
Avenue; thence along the westerly :line of said right of way South

16.00 feet to a point, which point is the northwesterly- corner of
other land of the party of the second part; thence along land of the

Laurel Lake and the point or place of BEGINNING. ,

dated the 24th day of August, 1955 from William Unkelbach to James
Mulvihill, which said deed was recorded in the office of the Clerk
of Suffolk County in Liber 3956 of conveyances, at page 290 on the
24th day of August, 1955, to repurchase the hereinabove described
premises pursuant to the provisions of a certain lease dated the
21st day of June, 1946 between Effie A. Kirkup and John H. Papurca,
which said lease was recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office
on August 31, 1951 and upon the terms and conditions therein set fortf .
