THIS INDENTURE, made the 2nd day of December nineteen hundred and sixty-nine

point or place of BEGINNING.
Being the 'same premises conveyed to parties of the first part by deed
from James E. Cooper and Julia L. Cooper, his wife, dated November
18, 1964, recorded November 24, 1964 in Liber 5657 cp 576.
Subject to mortgage held by Southold Savings Bank_ and grantees assume same.
