SIEMERLING and Z FRED SI IERLING, Jr. ; and DOROTHY SIZIRLING, his wife, .both residing on Reeve Place, Mattituck, County of Suffolk and State of New York party of the first part, and STANLEY A. n, STARON_and HELEN STARON, his wife, both residing on Olejule Lane, Mattituck, County of Stiffolk and State of New York part, LL WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and beim at Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows; BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Reeve Place where the same is inter— sected by the southerly line of land now or formerly of LINDSAY and running thence North 87 degrees 06 minutes 20 seconds Fast 227.56 feet along land now or formerly of LINDSAY; RUNNING THENCE South 2 degrees 63 minutes 40 seconds East 106.26 feet � C9rFw+ors) � along land of the seller; running thence South 87 degrees 06 minutes C51fGN/6/5� 20 seconds 6Vest 215.0 feet again along land of the seller; and RUNNING THENCE North 9 degrees 38 minutes Rest along Reeve Place, 107, feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey may show. SUBJECT to covenants , restrictions, reservations and easements, if any, of record. THE GaaANTORS herein received title to the above premises and more by two deeds from Mary L. Goodale dated 2/28/45 and recorded in Liber 2431 Page 370 on 3/26/45 and dated 6/1/46 and recorded 6/24/46 in Liber 2583 Page 257. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the env and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE'AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs ar r<—_e-oo a and aaoia,.e of the party of the second part forever.
