on the East by land of V. K. Verderese 172 feet, more or less; on the
South by the Main Road leading from Mattituck to Greenport, 137 feet,
more or less; and on the West by Alvah's Lane, 150 feet, more or less.
TOGETHER with all the right, title. and interest of the party of
the first part in and to the land lying in the streets and roads in
front of and adjoining said premises.
