Page 90, said point of beginning being the southwesterly
corner of the parcel herein described;
RUNNING THENCE along said land so conveyed
to Sledzieski the following eight courses;

partly along said Lot 9 and partly along the westerly end of
Stanley Road on said last mentioned map 261. 94 feet to a
monument and'land now or formerly of Stanley J. Sledzieski;
THENCE along said last mentioned land the following

feet to a monument;

PARCEL II
Also, an undivided one-half interest in and to all that tract or
parcel of land, situate near Mattituck, in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York adjoining on the north
the land conveyed to John Sledzieski and Frances Sledzieski,
his wife, by deed recorded in Liber 1163 of Conveyances, at
Page 90, and bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of the tract or
parcel of land herein described at the intersection of the north-
erly line of the land of said Sledziesky with the southwesterly
corner of land formerly of Darlington later of Otis G. Pike;
RUNNING THENCE South 71 degrees 39 minutes 20 seconds
West along the northerly line of the land of said Sledziesky 50
feet;
THENCE North 22 degrees 52 minutes 40 seconds West
about 1042 feet to the highwater mark of Long Island Sound;
THENCE Easterly along said highwater mark 50 feet to , —
said land formerly of Darlington later of Otis G. Pike; and
THENCE South 22 degrees 52 minutes 40 seconds East
along said last mentioned land 1042 feet to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right of way over the northerly part
of the land of John Sledziesky and wife to the second parcel
hereinbefore described, said Right of Way being described in
a deed recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber
1163 Page 90 on January 13, 1926 and a further Right of Way
over the northerly part of land of John Sledziesky and wife
described in deed recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office
in Liber 4914 Page 471 on December 1, 1960.
ALSO, together with a Right of Way to Luthers Road as
described in deeds recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office
in Liber 4914.Page 463 on December 1, 1960 and in Liber 4914
Page 467 on December 1, 1960.
Subject to a Right of Way over the northerly part of Parcel
No. 1 hereinbefore described, said Right of Way being described
in deeds recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber
4914 Page 447 on December 1, 1960, and in Liber 4914 page 451
on December 1, 1960.

BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to William
Moisa and Agnes Moisa, his wife, by John Moisa and Apolonina Moisa,
his wife, by deed dated July, 1, 1967 and recorded in the County Clerk's
Office of Suffolk County in Liber 6179, page 218.
The party of the second part has simultaneously herewithexe6uted
and delivered a purchase money second mortgage in the• sum of
Twelve Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 ($12, 500. 00) dollars
intended to be recorded simultaneously herewith.
