CUMISKEY , late of Cutchogue , Suffolk County, New York, deceased, party of the first part, and THE SOCIETY FOR THE PROPAGATION OF THE FAITH 191 Joralemon Street , Brooklyn 1, New York party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last will and testament, and in consideration of ONE and 00/100 dollar ,and in accordance with the terms of the Last Will and Testament of Michael H. d Cumiskey, late of Cutchogue , Suffolk County, New York, sia lawful money of the United States, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and jp assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the TOWN OF SOUTHOLD, County of Suffolk and State of New t- York, bounded and described as follows:- PARCEL 1. Bounded on the north by Oregon Road; on the east by Bridge Lane , excepting the residence parcel of Nora Lally; on the �. south by lands of Pawluczyk and McGonigle and on the west by John Simcik. Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by deed dated September 26th, 1906, from Anton Yousik and Rosa Yousik, his wife , to Michael Cumiskey, recorded in Suffolk County Clerk' s Office in Liber 602 of deeds at Page 255 on September 27, 19069 excepting the residence parcel of Nora Lally. PARCEL 2. Bounded on the south by Middle Road (C.R.27) ; on the west by lands of I.P. Krupski and Julius Skirrel; on the north by land of Julius Skirrel and on the east by land of Thomas Shalvey. Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by deed dated January 11, 1919, from Jesse L. Case , Josiah C. Case and Katherine W. Case to Michael Cumisky, recorded in Suffolk County Clerk' s Office in Liber 974 of Deeds at Page 211 on January 24, 1919, excepting so much as was taken by the County of Suffolk for Middle Road (C.R. 27) .
