herein described intersects the northwesterly corner of land of Joseph
Hannabury at a point on the easterly line of land of David Dignan,
formerly of John Zuhoskij running thence from said point of beginning

of land of David Dignan 661. 00 feet to the ordinary highwater mark
of Long Island Sound; thence North 84 degrees 24 minutes 50 seconds
East along the ordinary highwater mark of Long Island Sound 426.02
feet to land now or formerly of Joseph Hannabury; thence along
land noir or formerly of Joseph Hannabury. the following two courses

herein described and running thence in an easterly direction over
other land now or formerly of Charles J. Hannabury on the same
course as the southerly boundary line of said premises, thence
running southerly along the easterly line of other lands now or
formerly of Charles J. Hannabury and adjoining the premises now
or formbrly of Muller for a width of 16 feet to the northerly side
of North (Oregon) Road said Right of Way being more particularly

said monument being at the southwesterly corner of land now or
formerly of John Swiatocha; Cl) running thence along the southwesterly
line of land of John Swiatocha North 48 degrees 53 minutes 00
seconds West 1496.18 feet to a point; (2) running thence South 82
degrees 13 minutes West 600 feet more or less to a point on the
northeasterly side of premises above described and on the south-
westerly line of land of Joseph Hannabury; (3) running thence South
46 degrees 43 minutes 00 segonds East to a point- on the Southeasterly
corner of premises herelri' described on a line parallel with and
distant 16 feet southerly £'rom,,the second described course; (4)

BEING AND INTENDED TO be the same premises as to Parcel Two conveyed
to the party of the first part by deed dated 2/3/67 from Baxter
Properties Inc. , and recorded 2/8/67 in the Suffolk County Clerkts
Office in Liber 6112 cp 149.
SUBJECT TO two existing first mortgages, one on each parcel, of
record.
SUBJECT TO any state of facts an accurate survey may show.
The within conveyance is made within the regular course of business
actually conducted by the party of the first part herein, and is
made with the unanimous consent in writing of all of its stock-
holders.
