Young, Surveyor, Riverhead, N.Y." and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on December 22, 1930 under the File #539 and being more particularly bounded and described as follows : BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Pequash Avenue distant 343.80 ft. southerly as measured along the easterly side of Pequash Avenue from the corner formed by the intersection of the easterly side of Pequash Avenue with the southerly side of Fleetwood Road; RUNNING THENCE North 57 degrees 45 minutes East 175.00 ft; THENCESouth 32 degrees 15 minutes East 62.50 ft; THENCE South 57 degrees 45 minutes West 175.00 ft. to the easterly side of Pequash Avenue; THENCE North 32 degrees 15 minutes West along the easterly„side of Pequash Avenue to the point or place of BEGINNING. Together with all rights of the party of the first part, if any, to use in common with others to the right of way to the beach at East Creek and the strip of land at Eugene Creek as described in deeds recorded in Liber2069 page 546, Suffolk County Clerk's office. Being intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated 11/22/66 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 6077 page305 on 11/30/66.
