BEING AND INTENDED TO BE all of the same premises as that de- scribed in a deed from Julia Comiskey to Jane Ann Comiskey and Arthur A. Comiskey, parties of the first part herein, dated January 6, 1945, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on January 19, 1945, in Liber 2307 of Conveyances, at page 527.
