Greenport, N. Y. and filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk
County, N. Y., August 1922, File No. 156.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of
the first part, in and to the land under the waters of Broadvaters,
abutting said premises.
