the first part by deed dated January 12, 1939 and recorded in the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on i9arch 29, 1939 in Liber 2033 cp 246.

ALL that certain tract, piece or parcel of land situate at Mattituck
in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described

BEGINNING at a monument placed in the Northeast corner of this
property on the line between the lands of Henrietta A. Tuthill and
W. Edgar and Ida C. Worthington running in a Southerly direction

the lines of same parties, thence in a Westerly direction alonC the
lands of 1ranois C. Haupt a distance of 37.8 feet to a third monument;
thence in a Northerly direction along the lands of Henrietta A. Tuthill
200 121 West a dist ante of 256.1 feet to a fourth monument, thence in
an Easterly direction along a public road known as Sound Avenue and/or
the North Road, Route 25A, North 850 291 East a distance of L6.L. feet
to the point or place of beginning.

of the first part by deed dated June 7, 1945 and recorded in the
