WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

being more particularly bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Mockingbird Lane said
point being a distance of 139 . 46 feet measured in an easterly direction
along the northerly side of Mockingbird Lane from the extreme easterly
end of an arc of a curve connecting the easterly side of Tuthill Road
Extension with the northerly side of Mockingbird Lane;
RUNNING THENCE North 34 degrees 03 minutes 40 seconds West 109 . 89 feet
to a point;

point;

point;

THENCE in a westerly direction along said lane on an arc of a curve to
