1280; running thence South 59 degrees 32 minutes 00 seconds East
100 feet along the northerly side of Stillwater Avenue to a point;
running thence North loll, degrees 31 minutes East 200 feet, more or
less, to the center line of a gutter; running thence westerly 100
feet, more or less, along center line of said gutter to a point
which is distant North 44 degrees 31 minutes 00 seconds East 190
feet from the point of beginning herein; running thence South 44
degrees 31 minutes West 190 feet, more or less, to the point or
place of BEGINNING.
