SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions set forth in Liber 1197 of Deeds at page 208, as modified by Modification dated June 23, 1950 (Docuunent No. 22965). The above described premises are a portion of the premises des- cribed in Certificate No. 14681, Land Title Registration Law Owner's Duplicate Certificate of Title, dated July 10, 1950.
