Iyingandbeingivaiak at Nassau Point, Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as
the westerly 167 feet of Lots Nos. 383, 384 and 385 on "Map of
Section D, Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc." filed in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on March 24, 1926, said premises, taken to-
gether, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a point marked by a monument on the northerly side
of Carrington Road at the division line between Lots Nos. 382 and
383 on said Map;
running thence North 2 degrees 01 minute West, a distance of
342.0 feet to a point marked by a monument;
running thence along Lot No. 386 on said Map, South 82 degrees
51 minutes East, a distance of 167.0 feet;
running thence South 2 degrees 01 minute East, a distance of
309 feet to a point marked by a concrete monument on the northerly
line of Carrington Road;
running thence in a westerly direction along the northerly line
of Carrington Road, the tie line course of which runs South 85
degrees 46 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 165 feet to the
point or place of BEGINNING.

of Deeds at page 208, as modified by Modification dated June 23,
1950 (Docuunent No. 22965).
The above described premises are a portion of the premises des-
cribed in Certificate No. 14681, Land Title Registration Law Owner's
Duplicate Certificate of Title, dated July 10, 1950.
