COUNTY OF SUFFOLK: WILLIAM FIORE and GRACE FIORE, being duly sworn, deposes and says: That we are the owners of a parcel of land on Bayberry Road, Southold, New York (Suffolk County Tax Map No. District 1000, Section 76, Block 1, Lot 8}. Lot #17 on the "Map of West Creek Development"was acquired on June 1, 1940 from Georqe M. Tisdale by William Fiore (Liber 2113 Page 475) and Lot #18 on the "Map of West Creek Development" was acuired on July 14, 1943 from Joseph A. Krupski by William Fiore and Grace Fiore (Liber 2322 Page 565). ` Located on the property is a one-story frame house an a detached garage which has been used continuously as a residence since 1940. Also located on the premises is a barn. All of the buildings are in good condition and have been constructed prior jto 1957. ~I The application is made for the purpose of obtaining a pre-existing Certificate of Occupancy from the Building Department of the Town of Southold.
