Neck to Indian Neck Point and running thence in a Westerly direction and along said
1000 highway to the point or place of beginning.
Section TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the right, title and interest of the
said party of the first part in and to the said premises and in and to the fee of the
086.00 highway adjacent and opposite to the said premises so far as the same may extend
and in and to the waters and the land under the waters of Hutchinson's Creek, so
