THIS INDENTURE, made the qday of August,

61 1931, by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Surveyor," filed in the Suffolk

excepting therefrom the westerly 20 feet of Lot 32 heretofore'

TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party
of the first part of, in and to the lands under water of
Haywaters Cove in front of and adjacent to the above describ-
ed premises.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of

adjacent to said premises to the center line thereof.
' BEING the same premises heretofore conveyed by Louise Walton

recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 2, 1965
in Liber 5755 of Deeds at page 37.

(a) Covenants and restrictions in Liber 1443 of

page 199; reservation in Liber 2931 at page 202; and tele-
!phone agreement in Liber 1000 at page 431 and Liber 1968 at Page 325 to the extent the same are in force and effect.
(b) Mortgage covering said premises dated dune 1,
' 1965, made by the party of the first part to Louise W. Pfeil
I'.for the original principal amount of $27,000.00 and recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June
'2, 1965, at Liber 4663 page 598, which mortgage is now held
by Louise W. Pfeil of Cutchogue, Suffolk County, New York,
and the principal balance of which has been reduced to

and which mortgage and the bond or notes secured thereby, as
!reduced to the principal balance of $20,500.00, the party of
the second part and her husband, Herbert A. Tighe, as part
of the consideration for this conveyance, assume and agree
