WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

lawful money of the United States,and other good and valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second pare,does berth,grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
PARCEL I:
7�it a ccertain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being saxse at Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk,
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a marble monument set on the Southerly line of the
Main Highway, distant 135.0 feet easterly (measured along said
southerly line of said highway) from the northwesterly corner of
land of Dr. Frank D. Peterson, and running thence along said south-
erly line of said Main Highway North 370 491 30” East 60.0 feet
to a marble monument, thence along land of Fred J. Grathwehl South
430 05' East 100.00 feet to a marble monument; thence along land
of said Fred J. Grathwehl South 370 49' 30" West 60.0 feet to a
granite monument; thence along a wire fence and land of said Dr.
Frank D. Peterson North 430 05' West 100.0 feet to the point of
beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED to be premises described in deed of Fred J.
Grathwohl' dated August 1st, 1913, recorded in the County Clerk's
Office of Suffolk County, on August 2, 1913 in Liber 851, page 270.
PARCEL II:
ALL that certain piece and lot of land with the dwelling house
and other buildings thereon situate at Cutchogue in the said Town
of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and bounded
westerly, northerly and easterly by the land formerly of Henry
Landon (now deceased) and Southerly by the Highway or old Port
Road containing by estimation one acre be the same more or less
and being the same premises conveyed by William M. Betts, Eliza-
beth R. Betts, his wife, and Lydia A. Betts to John MacKenna by
Deed bearing date the fifteenth day of June, 1872 and recorded
in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 186 of Deeds page 487
on the 12th day of July, 1872 at 10:30 o'clock a.m.
