West, 80 feet; thence North 78° 18' 4G" West, 200 feet; thence North

the Westerly side of Bay Avenue, and the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING and intended to be the same premises which were conveyed to the
party of the first part hereto by deed of Elliot R. Winter and Patricia
D. Winter, his wife, dated May 25th, 1967, recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office June 8th, 1967 in Liber 6164 of Deeds at Page 11.
