from said point of beginning running along said land of the party of
the first part, three courses:

(2) South 83° 10' 50" East - 100.0 feet to a monument; thence
(3) South 60 10' 50" East - 150.0 feet to a monument on said northerly
line of the Main Road; thence along said northerly line, North 830 10'
50" West - 100.0 feet to the point of beginning.
