successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being h&Abet at Peconic, near Nassau Point, in the Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake set on the northerly line of Oak Drive,
I 165.45 feet easterly along, said northerly line from Haywaters Drive,
Ibeing the southeasterly corner of land conveyed by William H. Mason
. and Harry E. Mason to Lewis Payne; and running along said land of
iPayne, North 12 degrees Oe minutes 10 seconds West 151.35 feet to
a stake; thence along other land of William H. Mason and Harry E.
Mason, � courses, as follows: (1) North 69 degrees 23 minutes
(PC I 50 seconds East 75.83 feet to a stake; thence (2) South 12 degrees
08 minutes 10 seconds East 151.35 feet to a stake set on said
northerly line of Oak Drive; thence along said northerly line of
Oak Drive, South 69 degrees 23 minutes 50 seconds West 75.83 feet
to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH all the right, title and interest of the
parties of the first part, of in and to that portion of Oak Drive,
adjacent to said premises to the center line thereof.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to
Earle E. Tannar and Lillian B. Tannar, his wife, the grantors herein,
by William H. Mason and Harry E. Mason, by deed dated July 30, 1955,
recorded August 22, 1955 in the office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk in Liber 3954 at page 214.
