paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs.
or succ;ssors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,all her right, title and
anterest in
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, known and designated as lot 102, on a certain map
entitled, "Map of M.S. Hand, Section 2," and filed in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on May 12, 1939
as Map No. 1280.
Together with a right-of-way thirty (30) feet in width running
between Stillwater Avenue and Eugene Creek and being located
opposite Track Avenue for access to and from Eugene Creek by
foot only.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to the
Grantor and Grantee herein by Oscar L. Eilertsen by deed which
is recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office.
SUBJECT to a mortgage made by the Grantor and the Grantee
herein to the Southold Savings Bank dated the 15th day of June,
1965 in the original amount of $6,000 now reduced to $4,732.65
with interest paid to March 15, 1968, which the grantee herein
agrees to assume and pay.
