BEGINNING at a monument on the westerly line of a 25 foot right
of way known as "Reeve Avenue", as established by agreement recorded
in Liber 629 cp 168, said point of beginning being South 40 49' East
365.5 feet along said westerly line from a monument at the northeast—
erly corner of land of Leone D. Howell and the southeasterly corner
,! of land of McKee (formerly Hoffman); said point of beginning being
also the southeasterly corner of land of Pocher & Roces; from said
point of beginning running along said westerly line of said 25 foot
right of way known as "Reeve Avenue", South 40 49' East 50.0 feet to
a monument and land of Corwin; thence along said land of Corwin,
South 850 10' West 100.0 feet to a monument on the easterly line of
a 30 foot right of way (hereinafter known as the "first 30 foot right
of way); thence along said easterly line of said "first 30 foot right
of way", North 40 49' West 50.0 feet to a monument and said land of
Pocher & Roces; thence along said land of Pocher & Roces, North 850
10' East 100.0 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right of way over said 25 foot right of way
known as "Reeve Avenue" from the southeasterly corner of the premises
