southerly from New Suffolk Avenue and 330.76 feet southerly from
land of Maurice King; from said point of beginning running along
the westerly line of Olejulane, South 14 degrees 03 minutes 20
seconds East, a distance of 90 feet; running thence North 83 de-
grees 43 minutes 50 seconds West, a distance of 223.95 feet to a
point 10 foot westerly from the easterly edge of a dredged channel;
running thence northerly on a line 10 foot westerly from said
easterly edge 80 feet, more or less; thence along said land eon-
- veyed to Davis, North 84 degrees 56 minutes 20 seconds West, a
distance of 222.26 feet, more or less, to the point or place of
beginning.
