Albertson, Supervisor, Town of Southold, on September 12, 1966, and filed inthe Office of the Commissioner ) of Public Works of Suffolk County, New York, and as said map was modified and amended by the terms of a dredging easement executed by Fred Sprauer on July 15, 1967, a copy of same being annexed hereto and made a part hereof.
