BEGINNING at a point on the division line between land now or formerly -

Together with an easement of right of way over the westerly 10 feet
of premises adjoining on the north for access to and from the private
road referred to above and over said private road for access to and

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the
first part by deed dated July 6th, 1951 and recorded in the office of
the clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 24, 1951 in Liber 3255
