THIS IS INDENNDENTURE, node the day of November nineteen hundred and sixty-eight
BETWEEN BRUCE EDWARD CLARY, residing at Deland,
Volusia County, Florida,
party of the first part,and ROBERT RIEBE and JOAN RIEBE, his wife, both
residing at 64 Evergreen Avenue, Bethpage, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part,in consideration of

lawful money of the United States, and other valuable considerations paid
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release onto the party of the second part,

degrees 50 minutes east 182.49 feet; thence south 69 degrees 48
minutes 50 seconds west 216.80 feet; thence north 23 degrees 50
minutes west 182.49 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all of the right, title and interest of
the parties of the first part, if any, in and to Lilac Lane in
front and abutting said premises.
BEING and intended to be a portion of Plot 125 on a
certain map entitled "Map of Nassau Farms” filed in the Suffolk
County Clerkb Office on March 28, 1935, under file #1179.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with
the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying
and being at Peconic in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Bay
Avenue, said point being distant 23.92 feet northerly from the
corner formed by the intersection of the westerly line of Bay
Avenue and the northerly line of Sterling Road; thence from said
point or place of beginning South 78 degrees 36 minutes 51 seconds
west 14.00 feet plus or minus to the approximate easterly high water
line of Baldwin's Creek; thence northerly as said Creek winds and
turns 12.00 feet plus or minus to a point; thence North 78 degrees

36 minutes 51 seconds East 14.00 feet plus or minus to the westerly
'line of Bay Avenue; thence along the last mentioned line south 7
degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds east 11.96 feet to the point or
place of BEGINNING.

the parties of the first part, if any, in and to the roads or high-
ways abutting said premises to the respective center lines thereof,
and in and to Baldwin's Creek (also known as Mud Creek) in front
of and abutting said premises.
BEING a part of premises conveyed by Ralph W. Sterling
to Raoul L. Riendeau by deed dated August 9, 1949, and recorded in
the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 12, 1949,
in Liber 2980 of Conveyances, at page 222.
