undivided interest, ANN T. LUHMANN, residing at 33 Caldwell Drive .
New Milford, Connecticut, as tenant in common,/one-twenty-seventh
(1/27) undivided interest, and EARLE D. RICHMOND, JA., AMH 3,

one-twenty-seventh (1/27) undivided interest, parties of the
second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in considerati n
of the sum of ONE and 00/100 ($1.00) DOLLAR, Lawful money of
the United States, and other valuable consideration paid by
the parties of the second part, does hereby remise, release and
quitclaim unto the parties of the second part, their distributees
and assigns forever, all that certain plot, piece or parcel of
land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being at Peconic, in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described
as follows;

COMMENCING at a locust stake at the Northeast corner of
land to be described and on the West side of Bay Avenue; thence
running southerly by and with Bay Avenue 100 feet; thence running
westerly and at right angles to Bay Avenue 185 feet; thence
running northerly and in a line parallel to Bay Avenue 100 feet;
thence easterly to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the
party of the first part in and to the land lying in the streets
and roads in front of and adjoining said premises.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the
parties of the second part, their distributees and assigns
forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has
hereunto set her hind and seal the day and year first above
