BETWEEN ADELE B. POSNER, residing at 75-14 173rd Street, Flushing,
New York
party of the first part,and ADELE B. POSNER, as to a one-half interest, and
IRVING I. SHAPIRO and SONIA SHAPIRO, his wife, as to an undivided
one-half interest, all residing at 75-14 173rd Street, Flushing,
New York
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in-Nue at Nassau Point or Little Hog Neck, Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the southerly line of Carrington
Road at the northwesterly corner of Lot 410 as shown on "Map
�..,, of Section D, Nassau Point,', filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office as Nap Yr806; from said point of beginning run-
ning south 180 38' 10" East 200 feet; thence along land of the
=Y party of the first part south 760 53' 301' west 100 feet; thence
along land of the party of the first part north 180 38' 10"
West 200 feet; to an iron pipe on said southerly line of Carring-
ton Road; thence along said southerly line of Carrington Road
north 760 53' 30" east 100 feet to the point or place of begin-
ning.
This deed is a correction deed, being made to correct the
error in description contained in deed dated December 28, 1967,
recorded ,January 4, 1968, Liber 6282, Page 201.
