Southold, Lang Island, N. Y." surveyed June 28, 1922 by Otto W. Van
Y Tuyl, C.E. & Surveyor, Greenport, N. Y. and filed in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 16, 1922, File No. 156,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Nassau Point Road
at the division line between Lots Numbers 166 and 167 as shown, on
said map; running thence South 78° 36' 50" West along said division
line 330.0 feet to the easterly line of Wunneweta Road; thence
Northerly along the easterly line of Wunneweta Road 108 feet more
or less, to the division line between bots 167 and 168 as shown
on said map; thence North 78° 36' 50" East along said division line
375.0 feet to the westerly line of Nassau Point Road; thence
southerly along the westerly line of Nassau Point Road 100 feet
more or less, to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING and intended to be the same premises as conveyed by George H.
Du bury and Esther E. Duxbury, his wife, to Walter E. Prince and
Ethel G. Prince, his wife, by deed dated November 2, 1955 and
recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 4, 1955 in
Liber 4011 of Deeds at Page 271.
