easterly line of said Deep Hole Drive, east branch; thence North 1
degree 19 minutes 00 seconds East along said Deep Hole Drive 24.34
feet; and thence North 5 degrees 40 minutes 30 seconds East still
along said Deep Hole Drive 130 feet to the point or place of
Beginning.
