RUNNING THENCE North 79 degrees 45 minutes 10 seconds East, along-
the Southerly line of said 20 foot private road, 120 feet to the

RUNNING THENCE along the ordinary high water mark of Deep Hole
Creek, the following tie line courses and distances: -
