as Map No. 4682 and bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point onthe-easterlyside of Saltaire Way distant
275.00 feet southerly when measured along the easterly side of
Saltaire Way from the extreme southerly end of the arc of a curve
connectirgthe easterly side of Saltaire Way with the southerly side
of Sound View Avenue; RUNNING THENCE North 730 00' 30" East 200.00
feet to land now or formerly of John Cybulski; THENCE South 16° 59'
