ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate ,
lying and being at Nassau Point, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known and designated as Lot Number 219 on
map entitled, "Amended Map A of Nassau Point, owned by Nassau Point
Club, properties, Inc., situated in the Town of Southold, Long Island,
New York", surveyed June 28, 1922 by Otto w. Van Tuyl C.E. and L.S.
Greenport, New York, and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on August 16, 1922, File No. 156.
PARCEL II
All those certain plots, pieces or parcels of land, with the
buildings thereon, situate at Nassau Point, Town Of Southold,
County of Suffolk and S'.a:.e of New York, and known and designated
as Lot No. 129, a portion of Lot No. 130, as shown on a map entitled
"Amended Map A of Nassau Point, owned by Nassau Point Club Properties,
Inc., situated in the Town of Southold, Long Island, New York",
surveyed June 28, 1922, by Otto Van Tuyl, C.E. & Surveyor, Greenport,.
New York, and filed in the office of the County Clerk of Suffolk
County, August 16, 1922, File No. 156, together with other premises
adjoining the westerly line of Lot No. 131 shown on said map, the
Westerly line of said Lot No. 130 and the Northerly, Westerly and
Southwesterly lines of said Lot No. 129, which said Lot No. 129,
part of Lot No. 130 and said other premises when taken together are
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the monument in the arc forming the intersection of
the Northwesterly side of Bridge Lane with the Easterly side of
Bayberry Road; .
THENCE (1) Northerly along the curving Easterly line of Bayberry
Road, as the same existed on June 17, 1968, a distance of 390 feet,
more or less, to the point on the Easterly line of Bayberry Road
situated North 10 degrees 21 minutes 20 seconds West and distant
329.52 feet from the point of beginning;
THENCE (2) Continuing Northerly along said curving Easterly line of
Bayberry Road a distance of 260 feet, more or less, to the point on
the Easterly line of Bayberry Road situated North 11 degrees 95
minutes 90 seconds East and distant 255.02 feet from the point of

THENCE (3) Continuing Easterly along the curving Southerly line of
Bayberry Road as the same existed on June 17, 1968 a dista{ice of
800 feet, more or less to thepoint in said Southeriy line situated
North 68 degrees 00 minute 00 second East and distant 277.45 feet
from the point of ending of the second course, which point is on the
Westerly side of Lot No. 131 as shown on said filed map;
THENCE (4) Southerly along the irregular Westerly line of Lot No. 131;
as shown on said filed map a distance of 75 feet, more or less, to
the point of the Northwesterly corner of Lot No. 130 as shown on
said filed map, which is situated South 14 degrees 00 minute 00
second East and distant 75 feet from the point of ending of the third
course;
THENCE (5) Southerly along the irregular Westerly line of Lot No. 130
as shown on said filed map, a distance of 100 feet, more or less, to
the point of the Southwesterly corner of Lot No. 130 as shown on said
filed map which is situated South 19 degrees 24 minutes 10 seconds
East and distant 100.85 feet from the point of ending of the fourth
course;
THENCE (6) North 67 degrees 32 minutes 30 seconds East, a distance of
79.72 feet to a point;
THENCE (7) South 46 degrees 13 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance of
95.03 feet to a point;
THENCE (8) South 76 degrees 40 minutes 20 seconds East, a distance of
67.32 feet to a point on the Westerly line of Nassau Point Road;
THENCE (9) Along the curving Westerly line of Nassau Point Road, a
distance of 114 feet, more or less, to the point on the Westerly line
of Nassau Point Road which is the Northeasterly corner of Lot No. 129
shown on said map which is situated South 10 degrees 19 minutes 00
second East and distant 113.26 feet from the end of theeighth course;
THENCE (10) Along the curving Westerly line of Nassau Point Road, a
distance of 103 feet, more or less, to the point situated South 18
degrees 59 minutes 00 second East and distant 101.65 feet from the
end of the ninth course; which point is the Southeasterly corner of
Lot No. 129 and the point of intersection of the Westerly line of
Nassau Point Road with the Northerly line of Bridge Lane;
THENCE (11) South 82 degrees 00 minute 00 second West, a distance of
162.65 feet along the existing Northerly line of Bridge Lane to the
point in the Northerly line of Bridge Lane which is distant 462.35
feet from the point of beginning, when measured along a line bearing
North 60 degrees 19 minutes 40 seconds East from said point of
beginning;
THENCE (12) Along the Northwesterly curving line of Bridge Lane as
the same existed on June 17, 1968, a distance of 480 feet, more or
less, to the point or place of beginning, which is situated on a
line bearing South 60 degrees 19 minutes 40 seconds West and distant
462.35 feet from the end of the eleventh course.
TOGETHER with a right-of-way, if any, in common with others over
East Club Road for access between Nassau Point Road and Little
Peconic Bay.
TOGETHER with such right-of-way as the party of the first part may
have, if any, in the "Path" between Lots Nos. 50 and 51 for access
between NasmUPOint Road and Little Peconic Bay.
