THIS INDENTURE,made the 6th' day of February ,nineteen hundred and sixty eight,
BETWEEN NORTH FORK l'lRECKING CO. INC., a corporation organized under
the laws of the State of New York with its principal, place of busi-
ness at Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the first part,and MARGUERITE R. WASSON, residing at Mattituck,
iTown of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the second par, $3,500.00

paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part In,",,

lying and being mmikEl on the Southerly side of Main Road at Mattituck in
the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk end State of New York,
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument set on the Southerly side of Main Road and
on the Easterly division line of lands of Marguerite R. Wasson, party
of the second part herein; and running thence Easterly along the said
Southerly side of Main Hood North 750 Olt East, 35.00 feet to a point
and lands of A. Young; running thence Southerly along said last men-
tioned lands South 6 351 50" East, 150 feet to a monument and lands
of R. 0. Kopf; running thence Westerly along said last mentioned
' lands South 75° Olt West, 3$.00 feet to a monument and the aforesaid
lands of Marguerite R. 'Wasson; thence Northerly along said last men-
tioned lands North 60 351 50" West, 150 feet to the monument set at
the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the
LL first part herein, if any, of, in and to Main Road lying in front
of and adjacent to the aforesaid premises to the center line thereof.
THIS DEED is executed with the consent in writing of all the stock-
holders of record of the said North Fork -frecking Co. Inc.
