272.16 feet northerly from the corner formed by the intersection
of the northerly side of Sterling Road and the easterly side of
Lilac Lane; running thence along the said easterly side of Lilac
Lane North 7 degrees 59 minutes 50 seconds West 100.00 feet; thence
along the southerly line of Lilac Lane North 69 degrees 48 minutes
50 seconds East 249.19 feet; thence South 23 degrees 50 minutes
East 182.49 feet; thence South 69 degrees 48 minutes 50 seconds
West 166.13 feet; thence North 23 degrees 50 minutes West 84.56
feet; thence South 69 degrees 48 minutes 50 seconds West 110.40 feet
to the point of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to the grantor
herein by deed in Liber 6032 at page 24, recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office.
