It, -kia�s Lot Number 4, on "Map of Salt Lake Village, Mattituck, Long
Island, " prepared by Otto H. Van Tuyl, C.E. filed in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on May 10, 1940 as Map _Nuriber 1310, which said
lot is bounded and described as follows: :-
BEGINNING at the northwesterly corner of premises about to be
described,said point being where the southeast corner of Lot 3 and
southwest corner of Lot 4, as shown on Map of Salt .Lake Village inter-
sects same;
RUNNING THENCE easterly, northeasterly and northerly along the
southerly, southeasterly and 'easterly line of Lot 4, as shown -on
aforesaid map, to a point on the southerly line of James Creek;
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly and easterly line of James
Creek, the following three courses and distances:
(1) North 770 14' 1011 -East 1.47.52 feet;
(2) South 431 562 .50" East 69. 67 feet; and
(3) South 121 172 East 28.77' feet to the northerly line of
Peconic Bay;
RUNNING THENCE along the northerly line of Peconic Bay, on a
tie line having a bearing of South. 75° 142 40" West 200.21 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 100 55' West 23.0 feet to the point or
place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party -
of the first part of, in and to Peconic Bay, James Creek and the .
beaches adjacent thereto and the land under water in Peconic Bay and
James Creek in front of and adjoining all of the property- above
described.
