Kreitsek and Dolores Kreitsek As Defendant, on the 22 day of January 19 91 in favor of Union Savings Bank and against William A. Kreitsek for the sum of One Hundred Thirty Eight Thousand, Two Hundred Forty and 98/100 ($ 138,240.98) dollars, as appears by the judgment roll filed in the office of the Clark of the Supreme Court County of Suffolk , which said judgment was docketed in the office of the Clerk of the C W County of Suffolk on the 22 day of January' 19 91 , and C' Whereas, said execution was directed and delivered to the Sheriff of the County of Suffolk commanding him to satisfy said judgment out of the real property, among other property, of the judgment debtor; and Whereas, under the term of the execution, the interest of the judgment debtor in the premises hereinafter conveyed and described was, per clause One below: One: subject to the lien of said judgment when the execution was so delivered; Two: duly levied upon by said Sheriff on the' day of 19 , as more than ten years had expired after the filing of said judgment-roll; and Whereas, the said Sheriff, by virtue of and in 'obedience to the command of said execution duly sold at public auction on the 7th day of January', nineteen hundred and ninety two , all the estate, right, title and interest which on the 22nd day of January , 19 91 or at any time thereafter, the said judgment debtor had, of,. in and to said premises having held the sale at Riverhead, New York in the said County of Suffolk , and having first given public notice of the time and place of such sale, by advertising, serving and posting the some according to low, at which sale the said premises were struck off to Union Savings Bank for the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars, They being the highest bidder and that being the highest sum bidden for the some. Whereupon, the Sheriff of Suffolk County after receiving from the said purchaser the said sum of money so bidden as aforesaid, gave to said Union Savings Bank the proofs of publication, service and posting of the notice of said sale as directed by the law be given.
