New York, bounded and described as follows:
North by Long Island Sound; East by land now or formerly
of Peter Kurkowski; South by the North Road; and West by land
formerly of S. T. Hamilton, containing 35 acres more or less.
Subject to a life estate for the natural life of my
daughter; Helen Berkoski in the following described portion of
the above premises being a rectangular parcel measuring on the
South 150 feet on North Road;
measuring on the Easterly line 300 feet, being a
portion of the easterly line of the above premises abutting the
land now or formerly of Peter Kurkowski;
measuring on the North a distance of 150 feet being
parallel to the North Road;
measuring on the West a distance of 300 feet being
parallel to the boundry line of the described parcel and the
land now or formerly of Peter Kurkowski.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE. the same premises conveyed
to the party of the first part herein by deed from George H. Riley
and Maf B. Riley, his wife, dated January 5, 1922 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerkts Office on January 12, 1922 at
Liber 1033 cp. 529 .
