to Charles E. Hamilton and William V. Duryee bylDeed dated

/f County of Suffolk on January 6, 1926 in Liber 1160 of . Deeds at page
439.
This deed is a correction deed and is given for the purpose of
correcting the description of the parcel hereinabove described

which parcel was conveyed by Charles E. Hamilton et ux. and
William V. Duryee to Albert Moore and Estelle Moore , his wife,
bya certain deed dated January 18, 1927 and recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on January 27, 1927
JAS in Liber 1225 of Deeds at page ft�swhich deed erro?ously described
the parcel hereinabove described. Said parcel was thereafter
conveyed to Estekle K. Moore, now known as Estelle K. Comes by
mesne conveyances recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
S on September 6, 1933 in Liber 1730 of Deeds at page lit and at
page 119. The
,erioneous description aforesaid in Liber 1225 of
Ia5 Deeds page Wwas perpetuated in Liber 1730 of Deeds at page Ili
and at page 119 , and it is the intention of this conveyance to
correct said error in the description of the parcel hereinabove
described, and to properly describe said parcel by courses and
-
distances in accordance with the intentions of the original
grantors and in accordance with the actual occupancy and possession
of the described paceel since 1927.
