WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last
will and testament, and in consideration of

his wife, said point of beginning being about 350 feet north of the Main Road; and
from said point of beginning running thence North 14050120" West along the easterly
line of Pacific Street 96 feet to the southerly line of land now or formerly of
William G. Newalis and Beatrice M. Newalis, his wife; thence North 68006150"
East along said last mentioned land 255, 35 feet to the westerly line of land now or
formerly of-Young, thence South 1f7°2Z'20" mast partly along said land now or
formerly of Young, partly along land now or formerly of Nine, and partly along
land now or formerly of Cortese 72. 67 feet to said land now or formerly of
Joseph F. and Bessie Z. Kearney; and thence South 62040120" West along said
last mentioned land 253. 76 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
