to colonial design which shall be approved by William J. Baxter, Jr.
as an owner of the premises situate on the east side of Griffing Street
opposite said premises. This provision shall run with the land and be
binding on all parties until January 1, 1980 but may be modified,
changed or annulled by William J. Baxter, Jr. , his heirs or assigns,
as an owner of the premises on the east side of Griffing Street.
Approval will not be unreasonably +withhled either as to design or
time.
