VINCENT SALVIA, residing at Springfield , New Jersey,

party of the first part, and MICHAEL LANGONE, residing at 3531 Utmpia Parkway,
Flushing, New York; and
ANTHONY MARINUCCI , residing at 2819 211th Street,
Bayside, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the 'party'of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildinggs and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being4jj4R at Mattituek, Town of Southhold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows :
BEGINNING at a monument on the northerly side of Wickham Avenue
(Middle Road, formerly known as Oregon Road) where the easterly line
of land now or formerly of H. Reiter, formerly of Samuel Eldred, inter-
sects same; said point being distant 84.85 feet easterly from a monument

at an angle point on the northerly side of said Wickham Avenue; running
thence along said land now or formerly of H. Reiter, North 370 43' 40"
West 223.83 feet ; running thence easterly and northeasterly along the
\ Cj ordinary high water mark of Long Creek, 230 feet ,more or less, on a tie
line from the northwest corner to the northeast corner, on a bearing
of North 17007' 301, East 176.08 feet to land now or formerly of P.
Kneski, formerly of Fischer ; running thence along said land the
following two courses and distances :
k 1) South 390 25' 40" East 174.46 feet and
2) South 170 28' 40t1 East 200.00 feet to the northerly side of Wickham
Av nue; running thence along the northerly side of Wickham Avenue, South
77' 011 20" West 88.0 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the
first part of and to the wet meadow and land under the waters of Long
Creek adjacent to said premises.
The Grantees herein are the same persons as two of the Grantors
herein.
The Grantors herein are the same persons as the Grantees in Deed
dated September 25, 1969 recorded October 10, 1969 in Liber 6638,
Page 266, in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the
appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered any-
thing whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement
and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of
the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first
above written.
