ALL that tract or parcel of land, with the buildings and improve-
ments thereon, situate at West Mattituck, in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolkaad State of New York, bounded Northerly by the main
North Road; Easterly by land of Henry Reeve; Southerly by land of
William McDermott; and Westerly by land of John Gilson, supposed to
contain about twelve (12) acres of land be the same more or less.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises as conveyed to
the decedent's, DOROTHY KUJAWSKI, husband, JOHN KUJAWSKI, who
predeceased her, by deed dated January 3rd, 1905, and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 559 of Deeds, Page
503 on the 10th day of January, 1905.
j Said parcel being further described and listed on the
1968-1969 Town of Southold Assessment Rolls as follows:
On the North by Sound Avenue;
