strip of land 6 feet wide, being the extension northerly in a straight line of
the easterly 6 feet of the foregoing described 12 foot right of way, and extending
North 21 ° 53' 40" West 426.60 feet from the northerly extremity of said 12 foot
right of way.
BEING and intended to be all of the same premises as that described
in a certain deed from William J. Baxter and Beatrice P. Baxter, his wife, to
the grantor herein dated September 16, 1966 recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on September 19, 1966 in Liber 6035 of conveyances, at page 172
and more particularly bounded and described as follows:
ALL that certain tract, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and
being at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument at the southwesterly corner of the premises
herein described at the northwesterly corner of land of Joseph P. Celic and
Vera G. Celic, his wife, and on the easterly line of land now or formerly of
Joseph Wierbicki;
RUNNING THENCE North 20 degrees 36 minutes 30 seconds West party
along said land now or formerly of Joseph Wierbicki and partly along land now
or formerly of E.S. Malm 1 , 189.66 feet, more or less, to Long idcaaIsland
Lound;
THENCE easterly along the sound to land now or formerly of Gertrude
L. Cooper Estate, the tie line of said course being North 65 degrees 09 minutes
