Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the eay.?q&&e of New Suffolk Lane
at the northwesterly corner of land�o izz a T. Horton and adjoining
land of Ellis Billard on the North; running thence along said land
of Ellis Billard North 68° 25' 20" East 150.0 feet to a concrete
monument; thence along other land now or formerly of Horton and
parallel to said easterly line of New Suffolk Lane South 90 53' 20"
East 130.39 feet to a concrete monument; thence along other land
now or formerly of Horton and at right angles to the last described
course South 800 06' 40" West 146.89 feet to a concrete monument
set on said easterly line of New Suffolk Lane; thence along said
easterly line of New Suffolk Lane North 9° 53' 20" West 100.00 feet
to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party of the
first part in and to the land lying in the streets and roads in
front of and adjoining said premises.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part by deed of Philip S. Gordon dated April 9, 194
and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on April 12,
1949 in Liber 2938 of conveyances, at page 477.
