"Map of Building Sites of John Muttite, Mattituck, L. I. , New York,
made by F. F. Overton, Surveyor, September 1914, and filed in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on December 5, 1914 as
and by Map No. 665, which property is more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Grand Avenue,
formerly known as Long Creek Bridge Road, 132.9 feet northerly from
the northerly, line of the private road of John T. Muttit, which point
is established by a concrete marker, and running thence North 110 17'
20" West along the easterly side of Grand Avenue a distance of 60 feet
to land now or formerly of Anrig; thence North 780 27' 40" East along
said last mentioned land a distance of 110 feet; thence South 110 17'
20" East a distance of 60 feet to land now or formerly of Hansen; and
thence South 780 27' 40" West along said last mentioned land a dis-
tance of 110 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
