Greenport, N.Y. and filed in the Office of the County Clerk of
Suffolk County, New York August 16, 1922, File No. 156, and
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the southerly line
of Little Peconic Bay Road at the northwesterly corner of Lot
242 and; I
RUNNING THENCE easterly along said southerly line of Little
Peconic Road to a concrete monument which is North 870 31' 10"
East, 155.96 feet from the point of beginning;
THENCE along land of J.J. O'Keefe and passing through a
concrete monument near the top of the bank, South 3o 14' 20" West
190 feet, to Whnneweta Pond;
THENCE westerly along said WGaneweta Pond on a tie line
South 68o 39' 30" West 138.80 feet to land of Anderson'
THENCE along said land North 3o 52' 20" West 234 feet to
the Southerly line of Little Peconic Bay Road, the point or
place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed by
Ellsworth C. Grathwohl and Winifred F. Grathwohl, his wife, to
