WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

erly side of said 25 foot right of way;
THENCE South 11 degrees 22 minutes 50 seconds West along the
westerly side of said right of way 140.35 feet;
THENCE North 74 degrees 05 minutes 20 seconds West along land
now or formerly of Zebroski and Schiller 190.00 feet;

to the southerly side of said 25 foot right of way to the point or
place of beginning.

running thence the following courses and distances:
