BEING the sane premises conveyed to the party of the first part
by deed dated January 5, 1967, and recorded January 9, 1967, in
Liber 6096, page 552.
SUBJECT to a purchase money mortgage in the amount of 513,100.00
intended to he recorded simultaneously with this deed, which
purchase money mortgage served as Part of the consideration for
the purchase of premises herein described.
